How does CryoSlimming work?
By gently supercooling the surface of the skin (between +4 to -4 C) permanent fat cell death occurs without affecting the surrounding tissue. The dead fat cells (aka toxins) are simply flushed out of the body via the lymphatic system. Your body can continue to permanently remove these dead and damaged fat cells up to 8 weeks after your session; however it's safe to re-treat the area after 14 days.
How to improve CryoSlimming Results?
While the average client loses 1/2" of belly fat in 1 session, many clients have lost up to 2" in just 8 weeks by incorporating additional lymphatic stimulation—infrared sauna, vibration plates, whole body cryotherapy, normatec compression therapy, lymphatic massage by a LMT or our most popular option, full body Lymphatic Massage by Endosphere, which uses microvibration to assist the body in the elimination of fat cells. How to improve CryoToning Results?
Modalities like our Red Light Therapy room (also known as PBM), Whole Body Cryotherapy, Endospheres Lymphatic Massage, Cocoon Fitness Pod and Normatec Compression Therapy all increase your body's collagen production, are detoxifying and will help improve the signs of aging as well as skin tightening. Using techniques at home, like fascia blasters and deep tissue massage in the desired areas can be beneficial as well.
How does CryoToning work?
Subzero temperatures combined with a pleasant anti-gravity massaging technique, cause vasoconstriction and vasodilation to occur in the treatment area. Microcirculation and local metabolism are also significantly increased with each session, which naturally produces collagen and elastin. Although no "fat cell death" is occurring in this process, It's still recommenced to follow a healthy diet and exercise program. Best results are seen when treatments are consistently spaced 1 week apart until your desired results are obtained.
